An essential part of good oral health

Tooth decay and gum disease are the most common reasons for the loss of teeth in adults. In the majority of cases this can be avoided with good oral care – and regularly visiting the hygienist is an effective way to help you achieve this.

As well as keeping your mouth healthy, dental hygiene appointments are a great way to quickly improve the appearance of teeth. They are also a means of monitoring for potential problems, as your hygienist will be able to detect these in many cases.
